Introduction

The following Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern all services provided by Sky Friend Aviation, whether accessed online or offline. These terms are intended for personal, non-commercial use and do not apply to our relationships with commercial service providers (B2B) with whom we collaborate. By utilizing any materials, information, products, or services from Sky Friend Aviation, you consent to these terms.

Refund Modality

Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. For transactions made through Mobile Financial Services (MFS) such as Bkash, Nagad, and Rocket, a service/cash-out charge will apply, which will be the customer’s responsibility. This charge may vary depending on the MFS used.

Fare Difference

Ticket issuance may take 24-48 hours. During this period, tickets will remain in a pending booking state, and airlines may adjust the fare if the ticket has not yet been issued. In such cases, the customer will be liable for the fare difference.

Auto Refund &
Void Terms

Sky Friend Aviation customers can now request refunds and voids automatically through our app or website. Please note:

  • An airline refund charge will be applicable.
  • A convenience fee will be charged.
  • Refunds may take up to 4-6 weeks from the application date.
  • Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment.
  • Claims for purchases made through MFS will incur a service/cash-out charge borne by the customer.
  • Refunds apply only to refundable travel services, subject to the terms of the carrier, airlines, hotels, vendors, and service providers.
  • For flights within 24 hours of the refund application, a no-show charge will apply.

Important Notice

Due to COVID-19, airlines reserve the right to cancel or reschedule flights at any time. Please consult health advisories for your destination before traveling. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, airline policies and convenience fees will apply.

Service Usage

To utilize our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and will provide accurate and truthful information. If booking on behalf of another individual, you are responsible for informing them of these Terms & Conditions.

Account Deletion

Users can delete their accounts at any time via the Profile > Manage Data > Delete Account section in the Sky Friend Aviation app. Account deletion requests will be completed within 72 hours.

  • Deleting your account will result in the removal of all associated information, including booking history, favorite lists, saved payment methods, and rewards.

You may re-register using the same email address and phone number; however, you will be treated as a new user, and all previous data will be permanently erased.

Convenience Fee

This fee covers the support and services provided through our online platforms.

Online EMI Charges

Online EMI charges are non-refundable.

Flight Bookings

Clients can book tickets worldwide through our app or website, utilizing local or international debit or credit cards. For Low-Cost Carrier flights, users must upload valid copies of their passport, visa, and any other necessary documents to avoid cancellations.

  • Refunds will be issued after deducting the Sky Friend Aviation service fee, which may take a minimum of 10-12 bank working weeks for processing. Non-refundable tickets are excluded from this policy.
  • Sky Friend Aviation’s convenience fee is non-refundable for online purchases.
  • Ancillary services (e.g., Baggage Protection, Travel Insurance) are also non-refundable.
  • Refunds for specific airline cancellations (e.g., Bangladesh Biman Airlines, Saudia Airlines, Air India) will be processed according to the airline’s policy, typically taking a minimum of 12 bank working weeks.
  • In case of changing your flight date, we will first verify the specific airline’s policy.
  • Cancellation and refund policies vary between airlines.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Sky Friend Aviation adheres to the airline’s refund policy for all cancellations and refunds. Airlines reserve the right to change their policies at any time, and Sky Friend Aviation has no control over these modifications.

For any inquiries regarding refunds, cancellations, or date changes, please contact us at sales.skyfriendaviation@gmail.com. Requests for these services will be processed only after client approval.

In the event of a fare increase during the booking period, clients must pay the additional amount; otherwise, we will refund the initial payment.

For ticket date changes where a child’s age changes from child to adult (as per airline policy) by the new travel date, clients will be responsible for paying the fare difference, along with the adult date change fee and any other charges per the airline’s policy.

Check-In Timings

  • International check-in counters close 1.5 hours prior to flight departure.
  • Domestic check-in counters close 1 hour before flight departure.

Void Policy

A “void” refers to the cancellation of a ticket on the same calendar day it was issued or purchased. When voiding a ticket, clients can cancel it by paying only the Sky Friend Aviation charges, thus avoiding any additional airline fees. Please note that a ticket can only be voided on the same calendar day of purchase/issuance with specific airlines (excluding Low-Cost Carriers).

Refund Process

If you decide to cancel a ticket after purchase, this will be treated as a refund process. There are two types of refunds:

  • Voluntary Refund: Subject to a refund charge imposed by the airline.
  • Involuntary Refund: Issued in full due to changes initiated by the airline, such as flight cancellations or technical difficulties. However, airlines reserve the right to deny refunds for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond their control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, security threats, or other unforeseen events affecting flight safety and operations.

Re-issue Process

If you wish to make changes to your ticket, such as altering flight times or dates, this request will be classified as a re-issue. Clients will incur a re-issue charge, in addition to any fare difference for the new flight selected.

Successive Refund Policy

When multiple passengers are included in a single Passenger Name Record (PNR) and a refund request is made for one passenger, it is termed a successive refund. Once the refund for that passenger is processed, the entire PNR becomes eligible for successive refunds, allowing other passengers on the same PNR to claim refunds. Without successive refunds, other passengers will not be eligible for future claims.

Successive Re-issue Policy

Once the refund for that passenger is processed, the entire PNR becomes eligible for successive refunds, allowing other passengers on the same PNR to claim refunds. Without successive refunds, other passengers will not be eligible for future claims.

Important Notice for Ticket Issuance

  1. Please upload accurate and valid copies of your passport and visa when purchasing tickets from Sky Friend Aviation. Failure to provide these documents may result in booking cancellation.
  2. It is mandatory to provide your surname and given name as per your passport. Name changes are not permitted after ticket issuance.
  3. Check country restrictions and airline policies before purchasing instant tickets to confirm whether a transit visa is required based on your nationality.
  4. Review airline fare rules—whether refundable or non-refundable, changeable or non-changeable—before purchasing instant tickets.
  5. Sky Friend Aviation will not be liable for any improper or fraudulent document submissions by agents or passengers that may result in deportation or offloading by the airline or at arrival airports.
  6. After purchasing an instant ticket, Sky Friend Aviation will not be liable for any mistakes made by passengers regarding names, documents, fare policies, airline policies, or country restrictions.
  7. Passport validity must exceed six months from the travel date. Sky Friend Aviation is not liable if a passenger cannot travel due to passport validity issues.
  8. For long names, use a shortened form for the given name and the full surname.
  9. For single-name passengers traveling on Biman or Sri Lankan Air, the mandatory given name should be “FNU,” with the surname as the single name per the passport. For Saudi Airlines, bookings should align with the visa for single-name passengers.

Important Notes

  • Sky Friend Aviation does not issue one-way tickets for Air India and Saudi Airlines (labour tickets) and does not issue labour tickets for Malaysia and Middle Eastern countries.
  • After payment, e-tickets will be issued and sent via email within 24 hours on working days and 48 hours during holidays and weekends.
  • Seat selections are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. The void option becomes invalid after seat selection. Changes to similar seats on the same flight are allowed, subject to airline policies. Emergency exit seats have specific eligibility criteria, and no refunds are provided for seat selections. There is no option for seat selection for infants.

Combo Fare Policy

By booking a Combo Fare, which combines flights from different airlines into one itinerary, you agree that each flight is subject to the individual airline’s terms and conditions. If any flight within the Combo Fare is not booked or issued, it will be processed separately, with voids, refunds, and reissues handled according to the specific airline’s policies. Flight rates may fluctuate based on the airlines’ policies and availability. Each airline is independently responsible for their flights, and any changes or cancellations must be addressed directly with the respective airline. All refund, cancellation, and date change requests will adhere to the standard airline and Sky Friend Aviation policies, including the Sky Friend Aviation convenience fee.

Sky Friend Aviation users can avail of the Combo Fare on all domestic and selected international air tickets purchased through the Sky Friend Aviation app or website during the campaign period. Sky Friend Aviation is not liable for issues arising from combining flights from different airlines. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events. Any changes must be made through Sky Friend Aviation, where the Combo Fare was purchased. Sky Friend Aviation is not liable for any airport issues related to immigration clearance or boarding pass gates from combining flights from different airlines.

Singapore Airlines TripOns

Tours booked with Singapore Airlines are non-refundable. For transit flights, a valid Singapore Visa is required to enjoy the TripOn service.

Special Note

In accordance with Biman Bangladesh Airlines’ policy, for Umrah visa travel, tickets must be issued under RBD codes U, A, D, or C as per Biman’s conditions. Non-compliance with these codes will result in passengers being denied travel using an Umrah visa. Applicable routes include JED, MED, RUH, and DMM.

Holiday Package Policy

The package rates are valid only for the specified room category and within the validity dates mentioned. If there are any changes to the duration of stay or room type, the rates above will no longer apply. Please note that hotel rates are not applicable during trade fairs, exhibitions, and special events, which may incur additional charges.

Once your booking is confirmed, no amendments (such as name changes, date changes, or hotel changes) will be permitted.

By confirming any of our holiday packages, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly read and accepted the following cancellation policy.

Visa Services

Sky Friend Aviation facilitates visa processing for popular destinations around the globe. For countries where applicants must submit documents in person, we assist by preparing the necessary paperwork; however, clients will need to attend embassy interviews independently if required. Please note that we cannot guarantee visa approval, as the final decision rests solely with the embassy. To improve the chances of obtaining a visa, clients are advised to:

  • Provide accurate documentation.
  • Share only truthful information.
  • Avoid concealing any relevant details.
  • Ensure that their passport has a minimum validity of six months before applying for a visa. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify their passport’s validity prior to application.

Visa Fees and Service Charges

Sky Friend Aviation charges a total of BDT ******* for service and processing fees related to country name  and Schengen visa applications.

Please be aware that visa fees and our service charges are non-refundable, even if the client’s visa application is denied.
