The following Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern all services provided by Sky Friend Aviation, whether accessed online or offline. These terms are intended for personal, non-commercial use and do not apply to our relationships with commercial service providers (B2B) with whom we collaborate. By utilizing any materials, information, products, or services from Sky Friend Aviation, you consent to these terms.
Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. For transactions made through Mobile Financial Services (MFS) such as Bkash, Nagad, and Rocket, a service/cash-out charge will apply, which will be the customer’s responsibility. This charge may vary depending on the MFS used.
Ticket issuance may take 24-48 hours. During this period, tickets will remain in a pending booking state, and airlines may adjust the fare if the ticket has not yet been issued. In such cases, the customer will be liable for the fare difference.
Sky Friend Aviation customers can now request refunds and voids automatically through our app or website. Please note:
Due to COVID-19, airlines reserve the right to cancel or reschedule flights at any time. Please consult health advisories for your destination before traveling. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, airline policies and convenience fees will apply.
To utilize our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and will provide accurate and truthful information. If booking on behalf of another individual, you are responsible for informing them of these Terms & Conditions.
Users can delete their accounts at any time via the Profile > Manage Data > Delete Account section in the Sky Friend Aviation app. Account deletion requests will be completed within 72 hours.
You may re-register using the same email address and phone number; however, you will be treated as a new user, and all previous data will be permanently erased.
This fee covers the support and services provided through our online platforms.
Online EMI charges are non-refundable.
Clients can book tickets worldwide through our app or website, utilizing local or international debit or credit cards. For Low-Cost Carrier flights, users must upload valid copies of their passport, visa, and any other necessary documents to avoid cancellations.
Sky Friend Aviation adheres to the airline’s refund policy for all cancellations and refunds. Airlines reserve the right to change their policies at any time, and Sky Friend Aviation has no control over these modifications.

In the event of a fare increase during the booking period, clients must pay the additional amount; otherwise, we will refund the initial payment.
For ticket date changes where a child’s age changes from child to adult (as per airline policy) by the new travel date, clients will be responsible for paying the fare difference, along with the adult date change fee and any other charges per the airline’s policy.
A “void” refers to the cancellation of a ticket on the same calendar day it was issued or purchased. When voiding a ticket, clients can cancel it by paying only the Sky Friend Aviation charges, thus avoiding any additional airline fees. Please note that a ticket can only be voided on the same calendar day of purchase/issuance with specific airlines (excluding Low-Cost Carriers).
If you decide to cancel a ticket after purchase, this will be treated as a refund process. There are two types of refunds:
If you wish to make changes to your ticket, such as altering flight times or dates, this request will be classified as a re-issue. Clients will incur a re-issue charge, in addition to any fare difference for the new flight selected.
When multiple passengers are included in a single Passenger Name Record (PNR) and a refund request is made for one passenger, it is termed a successive refund. Once the refund for that passenger is processed, the entire PNR becomes eligible for successive refunds, allowing other passengers on the same PNR to claim refunds. Without successive refunds, other passengers will not be eligible for future claims.

By booking a Combo Fare, which combines flights from different airlines into one itinerary, you agree that each flight is subject to the individual airline’s terms and conditions. If any flight within the Combo Fare is not booked or issued, it will be processed separately, with voids, refunds, and reissues handled according to the specific airline’s policies. Flight rates may fluctuate based on the airlines’ policies and availability. Each airline is independently responsible for their flights, and any changes or cancellations must be addressed directly with the respective airline. All refund, cancellation, and date change requests will adhere to the standard airline and Sky Friend Aviation policies, including the Sky Friend Aviation convenience fee.
Sky Friend Aviation users can avail of the Combo Fare on all domestic and selected international air tickets purchased through the Sky Friend Aviation app or website during the campaign period. Sky Friend Aviation is not liable for issues arising from combining flights from different airlines. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events. Any changes must be made through Sky Friend Aviation, where the Combo Fare was purchased. Sky Friend Aviation is not liable for any airport issues related to immigration clearance or boarding pass gates from combining flights from different airlines.
Tours booked with Singapore Airlines are non-refundable. For transit flights, a valid Singapore Visa is required to enjoy the TripOn service.
In accordance with Biman Bangladesh Airlines’ policy, for Umrah visa travel, tickets must be issued under RBD codes U, A, D, or C as per Biman’s conditions. Non-compliance with these codes will result in passengers being denied travel using an Umrah visa. Applicable routes include JED, MED, RUH, and DMM.
The package rates are valid only for the specified room category and within the validity dates mentioned. If there are any changes to the duration of stay or room type, the rates above will no longer apply. Please note that hotel rates are not applicable during trade fairs, exhibitions, and special events, which may incur additional charges.
Once your booking is confirmed, no amendments (such as name changes, date changes, or hotel changes) will be permitted.

Sky Friend Aviation facilitates visa processing for popular destinations around the globe. For countries where applicants must submit documents in person, we assist by preparing the necessary paperwork; however, clients will need to attend embassy interviews independently if required. Please note that we cannot guarantee visa approval, as the final decision rests solely with the embassy. To improve the chances of obtaining a visa, clients are advised to:

Please be aware that visa fees and our service charges are non-refundable, even if the client’s visa application is denied.
